When a block is found: 1% covers pool operations. The finder earns a 20% weighted bonus — scaled by their active mining hours. Miners who have mined for 7+ days split 5% equally as a loyalty reward. Miners below the small-miner threshold split 8% equally as a boost. The remaining 66% is distributed proportionally by shares in a 7-day rolling window. Balances accumulate until the payout threshold is reached, then sent on-chain automatically.
